Morton Industrial is offering the employment opportunity for our full-time Inside Sales Representative/Counter Support position. In this role you will be responsible for satisfying incoming customer requests, assist in shipping orders and receiving product, and working with our team to provide excellent customer service all while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities & Duties
- Establish strong relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
- Source products from our vendors to provide customers with solutions and official quotes
- Create part numbers, orders, quotes, and purchase orders within the Sage 300 system
- Provide support to our outside sales team
- Fill orders by picking inventory, packaging, and filling out packing slips
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Usage of basic hand tools
- Operation of saws and crimping machines
- Assembling hydraulic hose
- Forklift Certification
- Data and order entry using Sage 300
